What are the three must see places in you city for visitors?
The Naval Hill, Waterfront and the Women's Memorial. Bloemfontein is a beautiful city and I'm sure people would love it here.
What can visitors expect from the city's football fans?
People from Mangaung/ Bloemfontein know and love the game. They are very passionate about sport and you can feel an electrifying atmosphere at the stadium. Our local club, Bloemfontein Celtic is amongst the biggest clubs in South Africa.
What's your favourite 'hang-out' place in the city and why?
The Cattle Baron restaurant because they serve the best steaks.
If you were to take a day trip out of the city, where would you go?
I will travel to the Golden Gate and Clarens because I always get a stunning scenery in the Eastern Free State.
Who do you think is the most famous to come out of your city and why?
One of our former rugby heroes, André Venter. He was probably one of the hardest Springboks ever.
How is the hosting of the 2010 FIFA World Cup going to impact your city?
It's going to improve our roads, bring more tourists and a general awareness of what Bloemfontein has to offer.
