The 2006 FIFA World Cup™ was an incredible achievement and the result of the excellent partnership between FIFA, our Organising Committee, the German government, the various federal states and in particular the 12 Host Cities, the Official Partners and National Suppliers.

We would like to say a big THANK YOU to the teams from the 32 countries from around the world for their excellent performances.

THANK YOU to all those helpers, both at the forefront and in the background, who worked very hard and contributed to the unforgettable atmosphere at the tournament.
