Zaragoza offload three players

Spanish side Zaragoza, which was relegated to the second division, agreed to sell three players on Monday, the last day of the football transfer period, the club said on its website.

The club sold Argentine striker Diego Milito, 28, to Italian side Genoa, Spanish international striker Sergio Garcia, 25, to Real Betis, and international French midfielder Peter Luccin, 29, to Racing Santander.

The club gave no financial details, but Spanish media said Milito was sold to Genoa for €8 million ($11.7 million) while Garcia, 25, who helped lead Spain to victory at UEFA EURO 2008, went to Betis for €10 million.
