Paul Konchesky became new Fulham manager Lawrie Sanchez's fifth pre-season signing on Friday after he joined on a four-year contract from London rivals West Ham for an undisclosed fee.

Alan Curbishley's arrival at Upton Park saw Konchesky fall from favour and the England defender played just four games after his former Charlton manager replaced Alan Pardew.

Sanchez signed Northern Ireland defender Chris Baird on Thursday after Aaron Hughes, Steve Damis and Diomansy Kamara had all arrived at Craven Cottage.
