Sweden international striker Marcus Berg has joined Panathinaikos from Hamburg for an undisclosed fee, the Greek Super League club announced.
Berg has inked a four-year contract with the Athens club and will reportedly receive an annual salary of €400,000 ($515,000 USD).
The 27-year-old has scored six goals in 23 appearances for Sweden and five goals in 43 appearances for Hamburg.
Berg had successful spells at youth levels for Sweden, scoring consistently for Sweden's U-19 and U-21 sides.
