Liverpool agree Aspas deal

Liverpool have agreed a deal with Spanish side Celta Vigo for striker Iago Aspas, the English club announced on their website.

The 25-year-old Aspas was a vital contributor to help his side avoid relegation last season in La Liga, scoring 12 goals in 34 games for Os Celestes

If the paperwork is completed, Aspas will become Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers' second signing of the summer following a deal for defender Kolo Toure who was signed from Manchester City.
