Tijuana maintained their 100 per cent start to the Clausura with a 2-1 win at Unam Pumas on Sunday.

Richard Ruiz put the Apertura champions ahead in the 28th minute and Fernando Arce made it 2-0 midway through the second half.

Javier Cortes pulled one back two minutes from the end but it was not enough to deny Tijuana their third win out of three, putting them level on points with Club America and Tigres Monterrey.

Guadalajara remained unbeaten with a 1-1 draw against Cruz Azul.

Javier Orozco Penuelas put the visitors ahead on the half-hour mark but Rafael Marquez Lugo pulled Guadalajara level nine minutes later.

Cruz Azul had Gerardo Flores sent off nine minutes from the end.

Luis Noriega scored in the last minute to give Puebla a 2-1 win over Santos Laguna.

Felix Borja had put Puebla ahead in the 33rd minute but Oribe Peralta levelled 11 minutes into the second period.
