FC Copenhagen have moved four points clear at the top of the SAS-Ligaen table after a 2-1 win over Silkeborg.
The defending champions scored both of their goals by the half-time break, with Cesar Santin and Dame Ndoye both finding the target. Silkeborg responded through Dennis Flinta midway through the second half, but they were unable to find a second.
Sonderjyske moved into third with a 4-2 win at Odense. Rasmus Falk Jensen opened things up for Odense, but the visitors hit back with two goals in as many second-half minutes through Connor O'Brian and Quincy Antipas.
Odense's case was not helped by the dismissal of Anders Miller Christensen, and Antipas made it three not long after. Eric Djemba-Djemba and Kenneth Fabricius traded late goals, but Sonderjyske had already done enough to seal the win.
FC Midtjylland picked up a 2-1 win over Brondby, with all the goals coming in the last 15 minutes. Brondby took the lead, with Martin Bernburg finding the net in 75th minute, only for Jakob Poulsen and Sylvester Igboun Emeka to turn things around.
In the day's other game, FC Nordsjaelland defeated Lyngby 4-0. Tobias Mikkelsen got the ball rolling in the first half, with Andreas Granskov Hansen, Andreas Laudrup and Mikkel Beckmann adding the other goals after the break.
