Tijuana enjoyed a 3-1 victory away at Santos Laguna to secure their first three points of the Torneo Apertura season.

Juan Rodriguez opened the scoring for Santos from the spot, but Fernando Arce, Jose Sand and Alejandro Moreno goals turned things around for Tijuana.

Late goals from Humberto Suazo (85) and substitute Dario Carreno (90) earned Monterrey a 2-0 win over Morelia, while Puebla were beaten 2-1 at home by Jaguares.

The hosts took a seventh-minute lead through Luis Garcia's penalty, but Franco Hurtado equalised and they were reduced to ten men when Rodrigo Salinas was sent off before the break.

Jaguares had their own man sent off after the interval, with Miguel Martinez receiving his marching orders, but they still won thanks to Jackson Martinez's winner with 17 minutes left.

Guadalajara drew 0-0 with Pumas UNAM, while the game between Toluca and Atlas also ended goalless.
