Chunnam Dragons moved into fourth place in the K-League with a 1-0 win over bottom club Gangwon FC. On a wet evening, striker Kim Myung-Joong scored the only goal of the game after 23 minutes to give Chunnam a first win in four matches and move them above Incheon United.

The big targetman stroked the ball home from inside the penalty area in a game that Gangwon controlled for long periods.

"The conditions weren't ideal for football but we stuck to our task and got the important goal," said Chunnam boss Jung Hae-sung.
