Sepahan go five clear in Iran

Sepahan moved five points clear at the top of the Iranian Pro League table with a 3-2 win over Peykan.

Ahmad Jamshidian fired Sepahan ahead just before the break, but goals from Al Sadoun Salih and Alireza Abbasfard put the visitors ahead. Jamshidian then levelled before Ibrahima Toure struck the winner two minutes from time.

Saeed Daghighi grabbed the only goal of the game as Shahrdari Tabriz claimed a 1-0 win at Rah Ahan. Roohollah Arab did likewise as Sanat Naft defeated Mes.

Struggling Steel Azin twice came from behind to secure a 2-2 draw at Saipa. Abbas Rezaei and Karim Ansarifad put the home side but on each occasion they were pegged back as Siavash Akbarpour and veteran Mehdi Mahdavikia found the net.

Mohsen Bayati Nia scored a last-gasp equaliser for Naft Tehran as they drew 2-2 at Saba Battery. The visitors had led through an early goal from Mohsen Bayat but Josiesley Rosa's double but the hosts ahead, only for Bayati Nia to strike in injury time.

Amir Mohebi bagged the only goal as Pas-Hamedan beat Shahin FC while Ali Alizadeh cancelled out Bakhtiar Rahmani's strike as Taraktor Sazi drew 1-1 with Foolad.
