Daniel Mullen will celebrate his 21st birthday with a new contract after signing a two-year extension to his current Adelaide United deal.
The defender, who turns 21 tomorrow, is set to make his 50th appearance for the club against Melbourne Victory on Friday and is delighted to prolong his stay at Hindmarsh Stadium.
"It's a good feeling. I've had a pretty good year so far, the club has been really good to me, so I hope that I can keep developing here and improving," said Mullen, who represented Australia at last year's FIFA U-20 World Cup.
"I've lived in Adelaide most of my life, it's a privilege to play for Adelaide United, and to be celebrating my 21st birthday with a new contract is pretty special as well."
