Yemen defeated nine-man Palestine 3-1 in their second match in this year's West Asian Football Federation Championship.

Yemen opened the scoring two minutes before the break through their Ali Al Nono, who successfully converted a spot-kick just two minutes before Palestine were reduced to 10 men as Abdullatif Al Bohdari was sent off.

Yemen scored their second goal in the 63rd minute through Haitham Al Asbahi before Salman Al Obaid pulled a goal back for Palestine on 79 minutes.

Al Nono scored his second goal and his side's third in the 83rd minute and Palestine were reduced to nine men a minute from time as Hossam Wadi was dismissed.
