Helsingborg extended their lead at the top of the Allsvenskan to five points after coming from behind to defeat Gefle.
Alexander Gerndt gave the home side the lead five minutes into the second half and Helsingborg's chances of overturning that were hit when Marcus Nilsson was dismissed in the 67th minute.
Instead that seemed to galvanise the leaders who scored three times in the last 12 minutes through May Mahlangu, Joel Ekstrand and Marcus Lantz.
Kalmar FF edged Brommapojkarna 3-2, with all five goals coming in the second half.
Kalmar went 3-0 up after two goals from Ricardo Santos and another from Stefan Alander before Ferhat Korkmaz and Mauricio Albornoz gave the home side hope.
In the remaining match GAIS drew 0-0 with IFK Goteborg.
