Sepahan extended their lead at the top of the Iran Pro League to four points as two late goals salvaged a point at Saba Battery.
Saba went ahead after just six minutes through Davoud Haghi before Hamidreza Farzaneh doubled the hosts' advantage just before the hour mark. However, Ibrahima Toure pulled a goal back for Sepahan three minutes from the end and Seyed Aghily then dramatically levelled in injury time, while Haghi was also sent off.
Second-placed Zob Ahan failed to capitalise on Sepahan dropping points after they were beaten 1-0 at home by Pas Hamedan. Yadollah Akbari's 45th-minute goal proved the difference, while Mohammad Ali Ahmadi and Mohammad Reza Khalatbari were dismissed late on for the hosts.
Steel Azin climbed to third following a 2-1 win over Moghavemat. The visitors fell behind to Mohammad Iranpourian's 20th-minute strike but Mohammad Gholami levelled on the hour before Hamid Reza Sharifi Dormafi netted an injury-time winner.
Elsewhere, Malavan overcame Saipa thanks to Alen Basic's 65th-minute goal, while Rah Ahan edged out Mes 3-2, Foolad and Teraktor Sazi finished 1-1 and Shahin and Est Ahvaz played out a goalless draw.
