Inter Milan goalkeeper Francesco Toldo will be out of action for at least 48 hours after suffering a head injury in training this morning.

Toldo, who is in Los Angeles with the rest of the Nerazzurri squad as part of their summer tour, was taken to the nearby UCLA hospital after suffering concussion following a clash with a team-mate.

The 37-year-old was examined by Inter's medical team who have ordered him not to undergo any activity until undergoing new tests in 48 hours.
