Leaders Elfsborg were held to their first draw of the Allsvenskan campaign as they were held goalless at home against Mjallby.
The result sees them move six points clear at the top of the table, but that advantage will be cut in half should Malmo win their game in hand at Orebro tomorrow.
AIK closed the gap on the top two down to a point thanks to a 3-1 win over Hacken. The hosts were 2-0 up inside the first five minutes through Celso Borges and Robin Quasion, but Abdul Waris replied in the seventh minute. Borges struck again after 57 minutes, though, to make sure of the points.
Norrkoping climbed up to fourth with a 2-1 victory over Kalmar. Abiola Dauda put the visitors ahead in the first half, but a second-half double from Heidar Thorvaldsson turned things around. The match between struggling pair Gefle and GAIS finished goalless.
