Keeper Moya to join Atletico

Atletico Madrid have reached agreement with Getafe for the signing of goalkeeper Miguel Angel Moya on a three-year deal, subject to a medical.

The Spanish champions announced the news on their website today - raising further questions over the future of on-loan keeper Thibaut Courtois, who recently claimed he had "no connection" with parent club Chelsea.

The 22-year-old has spent the last three years at the Vicente Calderon, having been farmed out by the London club soon after his 2011 move from Genk.

Atletico and Getafe have reportedly agreed a fee of around €3m (£2.4m) for the former Spain youth international Moya, whose 2013/14 campaign was cut short by a knee injury in March.
