Fiorentina have announced the signing of winger Joaquin Rodriguez from Malaga.
The 31-year-old has signed a three-year deal that will keep him with the club until 2016.
"I'm very happy to have signed here," said Joaquin.
Fiorentina, coached by Vincenzo Montella, finished fourth in Serie A last season and have qualified for next season's UEFA Europa League.
Joaquin began his professional career at Real Betis in 2000, before moving to Valencia for what was then a club record fee of €25m in 2006.
He twice helped the club qualify for the UEFA Champions League and also played in the Europa League with Valencia in 2009/10.
Joaquin joined Malaga for €4m in 2011. Last season he scored his side's only goal in a 1-0 home win over AC Milan in the Champions League.
Malaga went on to top their group but were eliminated in the quarter-finals by eventual beaten finalists Borussia Dortmund.
