Abraham Carreno scored a 90th-minute winner that earned Pachuca a thrilling 4-3 victory at Queretaro. Six of the seven goals came in the second half with Carreno's the last and most decisive, capping off a comeback from 3-0 down.
Queretaro went ahead on the stroke of half-time through William, with the same player adding a second (65) after Camilo had also scored. That fired Pachuca into life. Enrique Esqueda had an immediate impact off the bench and scored (74), before Carreno (80) made it two. Two minutes remained when Esqueda got his brace and then Carreno won it.
The day's other game was less dramatic as Leon won 2-1 at Tijuana. Nelson Maz and Luis Montes scored their goals, with Cristian Pellerano getting the consolation.
