Michele Pazienza believes he has improved his career prospects by giving up the chance to play in the UEFA Champions League with Napoli to instead join Juventus.
The 28-year-old midfielder has moved to I Bianconeri on a three-year contract after three seasons at Napoli, who finished third in Serie A last season.
"I am very enthusiastic," Pazienza said. "I have so much will to prove that I can play in a big club.
"I have made this choice with enthusiasm and it does not bother me to have left Napoli.
"I am ready to help Juve qualify for the Champions League next season.
"I am happy to be able to play with great players and I hope I can give my contribution to the team as soon as possible."
