Wolfsburg have signed attacking midfielders Koo Ja-Cheol of Korea Republic and Venezuelan Yohandry Orozco in a bid to make up for Edin Dzeko's departure to Manchester City.
The 21-year-old Koo, top scorer in the recent AFC Asian Cup with five in six matches, signed a three-and-a-half year deal from Jeju United, while Orozco, 19, signed until 2015 from Zulia FC.
Wolfsburg also secured the transfer of German international Patrick Helmes, who had been relegated to the bench at Bayer Leverkusen.
The club brought their final day transfer signings to five with the arrival of Turkey international Tuncay Sanli from Premier League side Stoke City, and Jan Polak from Anderlecht.
Tuncay, who joined Stoke from Middlesbrough in 2009, has joined on a €6million transfer.
