Juventus and Italy winger Emanuele Giaccherini is close to leaving Juventus, according to Bianconeri coach Antonio Conte, who revealed the fee is likely to be in the region of €9m.

"I'm not happy about Giaccherini's departure but with this €9m we can take Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente," Conte said in reference to funding the deals for the club's two high-profile new strikers.

Giaccherini rarely figured last season for Juventus, but was part of the Italy squad at the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup where he was on the scoresheet against Brazil.

The 28-year-old is hotly tipped to join up with fellow Italian Paolo Di Canio at English Premier League side Sunderland, with talks expected over the next few days.

Meanwhile, Juventus have signed 25-year-old international central defender Angelo Ogbonna from Turin rivals Torino for a fee reported to be in the region of €15m.
