Queens Park Rangers have signed former England defender Luke Young from Aston Villa for an undisclosed fee.
Young, 32, moved to Loftus Road on a three-year deal just 24 hours after Joey Barton completed his transfer from Newcastle United.
"There are big things that are going to happen at this football club and I am really pleased to be a part of it," former Tottenham Hotspur right-back Young told the club's website.
"Myself and Joey signing here shows the intent of the club. I am really looking forward to getting started and pulling on the blue and white shirt."
QPR manager Neil Warnock added: "I've been looking for a defender with vast Premier League experience for a while now and Luke certainly fits the bill.
"He can play anywhere across the back four and that versatility will stand us in really good stead."
