NO DICE FOR DAVID, HAMMERS
West Ham United Chairman David Gold tweeted an apologetic note, letting Hammers fans know the English Premier League club were unable to sign any last minute deals.

CELTIC MAKE MOVES OF THEIR OWN
The Scottish Premier League side secured some moves ahead of their midnight deadline, Stuart Armstrong signed a three-and-a-half-year deal from Dundee United. Dundee also sent Gary Mackay-Steven to Celtic on a four-a-half-year deal.

MANCHESTER UNITED MAKE LATE MOVES
The Old Trafford outfit submitted some last minute deals before the transfer window shut. In addition to sending Jesse Lingard to Derby County and bringing in Andy Kellet on loan from Bolton Wanderers, the Red Devils have also sent Saidy Janko the other way, where we'll be with Bolton on loan for the rest of the season.

NEWCASTLE SEND FIVE PLAYERS NORTH
Newcastle United have sent Gael Bigirimana, Kevin Mbabu, Shane Ferguson, Remie Streete and Haris Vuckic on loan to Scottish side Rangers, who will remain there for the rest of the season.

DELE DELIGHTED WITH MOVE
Spurs' newest signing Dele Alli spoke about his move to White Hart Lane:
“It’s a massive club and I’m really happy to be here. I’m really looking forward to meeting all the lads and getting to work with the manager. It’s a dream come true. I’d love to play for Spurs & at White Hart Lane. It won’t be easy & I’ll have to fight for my place in the team but I’ll work hard to do that.”

ALLI SIGNS FOR SPURS
Tottenham Hotspur have signed 18-year-old Dele Alli from MK Dons on a five-and-a-half-year deal, but Spurs have loaned Alli back to MK Dons for the remainder of the season.

BANNON BOUND FOR BOLTON
Crystal Palace have confirmed Barry Bannon has moved to Bolton Wanderers on loan for the remainder of the season.

BERTRAND BECOMES A SAINT
Southampton have confirmed Ryan Bertrand has turned his loan move from Chelsea into a permanent deal, signing the left back to a four-and-a-half-year deal at St. Mary's Stadium.

And with this most recently flurry of activity, the winter transfer windows in England, France, Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark have SLAMMED SHUT! Activity has ended an hour ago in Italy and Greece as well, and Scotland is set to shut in 60 minutes' time.

Southampton midfielder Dusan Tadic went on record about the Saints' newest signing Filip Djuricic.

"He is my good friend and he is a good player. He is a No10 and he knows how to play football. He had a little bit of a difficult period at Mainz, but he is a really good player. He is 23 years old. At Heerenveen he was really good and then he went to Benfica, where he did not so much. At Mainz it was similar but he has potential and he has quality."

L'OM PICK UP OCAMPOS
Marseille have signed Lucas Ocampos on loan from Monaco for the rest of the season, with an option to buy.

SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED
Crystal Palace have posted a Vine covering Wilfried Zaha's move to Selhurst Park from the medical to signing the contract. Zaha also posted a tweet expressing excitement in becoming an eagle once again.

Tottenham Hotspur have loaned Aaron Lennon to fellow English Premier League club Everton for the rest of the season.
