Journalist and TV presenter
My passion for football:
Dunja Hayali is totally at home in the world of sport. From the tender age of 13, her heart was set on becoming a sports journalist. In any case, sport has always been her guiding passion. From skiing and snowboarding in winter, to surfing and diving in the summer, through to a daily post-work jog, Dunja Hayali is a year-round sportswoman. Football is right at the top of her priority list. The passionate Borussia Monchengladbach fan is always bang up-to-date on the latest Bundesliga action.
I’m looking forward to the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2011™ because...
"Because I’m an unbelievably passionate football fan, because I’d love us to have another fairytale summer, and because football’s so much more than simply sport."
