Almost ten per cent of the German population hails from abroad. Integration is thus a fundamental component of measures aimed at social cohesion and inclusion, characterised by open communication and tolerance. The German Football Association (DFB) recognises, accepts and makes a significant contribution towards meeting the challenge.
