Jamie Lawrence won more than 40 caps for Jamaica, played at the very highest level of English football with Sunderland and Leicester City, and currently plays for Harrow Borough. And he's a former inmate of Camp Hill Prison on the Isle of Wight, having served a four-year term for robbery with violence. Since his release, he has worked tirelessly to educate youngsters of the dangers of following down the same path as he did, through the discipline of football training. The title of this story is taken from his autobiography of the same name and interviews him as he coaches football today; working with youngsters, as well acting as a mentor to them.
