AFC

The AFC U-19 Championship 2014, played between 9 and 23 October 2014 in Myanmar, serve as the confederations qualifying competition for the FIFA U-20 World Cup 2015. The top four teams qualify, and these places were decided when Myanmar, Qatar, Uzbekistan and Korea DPR reached the tournament semi-finals.

    CAF

    The African U-20 Championship 2015 will take place in Senegal from 8 to 22 March 2015. The four semi-finalists will qualify for the FIFA U-20 World Cup New Zealand 2015.

        UEFA

        The eight-nation UEFA European Under-19 Championship 2013/14 took place in Hungary from 19 to 31 July 2014. Austria, Germany, Portugal, Ukraine, Hungary and Serbia qualified for New Zealand 2015 by filling the top six positions in the group stage. Germany won the tournament after defeating Portugal 1-0 in the final.

          CONCACAF

          The CONCACAF Under-20 Championship will be played from 9 to 25 January 2015. The top four teams will qualify for New Zealand 2015.

              OFC

              Fiji won the OFC U-20 Championship, which they hosted between 23 and 31 May 2014, to take the sole available berth at the FIFA U-20 World Cup New Zealand 2015.

                CONMEBOL

                The qualifying competition will be played from 14 January to 7 February 2015 in Uruguay. The top four teams will qualify for New Zealand 2015.

                    Host Country

                    New Zealand, as hosts, qualify automatically for the FIFA U-20 World Cup.
