
Public Viewing Events during the FIFA U-20 World Cup Colombia 2011
FIFA has published the Regulations for the staging of public viewing events during the FIFA U-20 World Cup Colombia 2011 and are now available to you for download on this page, as follows:

Please take a few minutes of your time to go through the information below and to familiarise with the FIFA Regulations if you are planning to stage a public viewing exhibition during the FIFA U-20 World Cup Colombia 2011. Please identify the type of request you are applying for and have a clear understanding of the next steps to take as well as the required information for obtaining your licence before you submit it to FIFA. This will facilitate FIFA in a quick follow-up to you.
FIFA has put together the Public Viewing Regulations in order to protect its Marketing Affiliates (FIFA Partners, FIFA World Cup Sponsors, and National Supporters and its Media Rights Licensees who have purchased the rights to be the Official Broadcaster for the FIFA U-20 World Cup Colombia 2011 in a relevant territory and whose TV signal has to be used for the entire duration of your Event.
The FIFA Licence is a Conditional Licence, and it is subject to you obtaining any other consents/permits from local government and/or other legitimate authorities you may be required to clear for the staging of your public viewing event.
The payment of a fee applies to all Commercial Public Viewing events and all fees shall be paid to the FIFA charity project ’20 centres for 2010’.
No licence will be granted by FIFA for public viewing events staged in cinemas and/or theatres (applicable to all territories).
Should the exhibitor not fully comply with FIFA Regulations for Non-Commercial Public Viewing Exhibitions any license granted by FIFA is automatically terminated. Consequently the Exhibitor shall no longer be authorised to exhibit broadcast coverage of the FIFA U-20 World Cup Colombia 2011 at any location.
The final date for submitting a public viewing request shall be Monday 25 July 2011. Please make sure you enter your request no later than this date as FIFA will not release any license after this period.
