It is funny that someone is bringing 60 years old event to the table to justify their football incompetence! They should just admire the best for the past half century! Brasil have been in all competitions and have achieved to be top in most of them! NO ONE has the same record!!!!!!!!One good result does not make you the best, Several do it!

Celestemateo, we brasilians must thank Uruguai for that defeat. Some say that it was the major catastrophe in brasilian history, but also was the beginning of the end of the “underdog syndrome”, which was the cause of that defeat. Now, 59 years has past, 5 footbal world titles, and several others, Brasil is, everybody knows and says, world’s best team. Mighty Brasil, it’s all I read, everywhere. And, all this because Giggia has score that goal, shutting up 200.000 brasilians mouths, in a afternoon in the Maracanã… So thank you guys! We are in the top of the football world today just because we lost that game! Come over in 2014, you’re always welcome!
