Yakubu Alfa's piledriver against Colombia in the Round of 16 at the FIFA U-17 World Cup Korea 2007 has been voted as the Goal of the Tournament by FIFA.com users.
It has proved to be a successful tournament for the Golden Eaglets: not only did they win the competition and boast adidas Golden Shoe winner Macauley Chrisantus in their ranks, but now they can claim that they scored FIFA.com's Goal of the Tournament.
However, the result was close: just 0.1 of a star separated the Nigerian's goal from Yoichiro Kakitani's cheeky lob against France in Goyang. In third place was Ransford Osei's goal against Germany, which yielded an average of 4.2 stars.
