Didier Drogba will again lead Côte d'Ivoire's squad for their potentially decisive 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ qualifier at home to Burkina Faso in Abidjan on 5 September.

The England-based striker is part of a high-profile, full-strength
squad named as the Elephants are on the brink of South Africa 2010
qualification. Côte d'Ivoire could secure their place at the finals next summer if they beat the Burkinabe and third-placed Guinea fail to win away in Malawi the same day.

Cote d'Ivoire have a three-point lead over Burkina Faso at the head of
the Group E standings and overcame the Burkinabe away in Ouagadougou in their last match.

Coach Vahid Halilhodzic has brought Emerse Fae back in midfield after
injury, dropping Monaco's Jean-Jacques Gosso Gosso.

He has also changed the two back-up goalkeepers for Boubacar Barry,
including a call-up for Vincent Angban, who is the only home-based
player in the 24-man squad.
