In as much as the US won… it makes my follow up more credible… Ignorant of this process as I am … and am not sure how this occurs but am pretty sure there has got to be a process to govern the performance and quality of officials. Play at this level presumes the officiating is fair, accurate and righteous. Not so in this game… and was very disappointing. I think this game really shows the US's character; not ever giving up, and continuing when all hope is loss to continue, to, well, hope and strive for the victory. They really are role models to not just soccer players but everyone. The world wouldn't be where we are today without determination and the will to succeed and they really show that to not this country but the world. USA!!!!!
