TOO BAD FOR OUR WEST AFRICAN BROTHERS! BUT IF U COME INTO A MATCH WITH AN ATTITUDE, THAT'S THE KIND OF RESULT YOU WILL GET. NIGERIA CAME IN THINKING THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES CAPABLE OF PUTTING THE BALL BEHIND THE LINE IN THE MATCH AND DIDNT REALLY TAKE THE VENEZUELANS SERIOUS! WISH U ALL THE BEST AGAINST SPAIN TOMORROW! GO MAKE AFRICA PROUD. ALL IS NOT LOST!

i was disapointed by the way we played in the first half but the captain IGHALO stood out from the bunch of other players, they played better in the second half, but venezuela fully deserve to win.

"It was just as hard as we thought it was going to be. To get a good result I knew we had to be disciplined and we were. We've taken a huge stride towards the next round but we can't rest on our laurels or lose sight of our objective." Cesar Farias, Venezuela coach
