The 3rd penalty against the US was retaken due to US keeper clearly jumping off the line before the ball was hit. It was retaken for a second time because of the same reason. The 2nd time she didn't cross the line but she rushed up so fast it looked like she did. She did it during the very first 1st penalty shot also but wasn't called for it. Fair call by the refs.
