Jarl Torske, Norway coach
The Korean players deserve congratulations as they were very efficient. They were better than us, but we really did make it easy for them with the third goal. I'm very pleased with how we played in the second half, when the game was much more even. We were very solid at the back, but we were caught out for Korea's third goal, and that changed everything.

Against Brazil we'll have to play like we did in that second half. We know we won't be favourites but I believe we still have a chance of making the quarter-finals. Brazil have a very strong team but they can be beaten.

Choe Kwang Sok, Korea DPR coach
[In our previous game] against Brazil, my players were still feeling the effects of the long journey and the time difference. By today they had recovered more, which is why we were able to beat Norway.

Ra Un Sim, Korea DPR striker
I think we have a chance of winning our next game and making the quarter-finals. When they equalised [to make it 2-2] we got a bit nervous, but I'm delighted because we were able to win in the end. The victory was more important than my scoring the winning goal. I'm confident we will also beat Mexico.
