While recognizing that the Swiss are truly a team deserving a shot at the title, the game vs. Colombia was a disappointing one. The early red card against Colombia ultimately changed the pitch of the game. It would have been drastically different and exciting, as any semi-final should be, if 11 vs. 11 played for 90 minutes. Oh well. That's football. Congrats to the Swiss & good luck against a great Nigerian team. May the best team win.

The Swiss are the best team of the competition, Nigeria must be careful. I must say that I would have prefered another opponent at this stage because the Swiss have nothing to prove and this is where there strenght lie. Eaglets go and stop them

"It's 11 versus 11 out on the pitch, but unfortunately today we went down to ten men and conceded a penalty in the opening minutes of the game. That, on top of the fatigue carried over from extra time against Turkey in the previous round, made it impossible for us to take on a team as strong and well-equipped as Switzerland." Ramiro Viafara, Colombia coach.
