Brazil's Olympic team, featuring Ronaldinho and Robinho, will face Vietnam in a warm-up for the Beijing Games.

The friendly is scheduled for Hanoi's My Dinh stadium on 1 August, said Tran Quoc Tuan, general secretary of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF).

"This is good news for football fans and players in Vietnam," he told AFP.

"This is also a very rare opportunity for us to meet with renowned players from Brazil," Tuan added.

Ticket prices and team line-ups will be released on the federation's official website, he said, adding that Ronaldinho and Robinho "are in the list of the 18-member team sent to VFF from Brazil."

Ronaldinho has just completed an 18.5-million euro move from Barcelona to AC Milan, while Robinho plays for Spanish giants Real Madrid.

The fixture is part of Brazil's preparations for Beijing which get underway on 8 August.
