Australian squad for Beijing announced

The 18-man Australian Men's Olympic football squad, containing three over-age players, was announced in Sydney on Friday.

The three over-age players are Newcastle Jets defender Jade North, Sheffield United fullback David Carney, and experienced Melbourne Victory striker Archie Thompson.
