The last four group matches of the FIFA Confederations Cup 2003 will all be played at the same kick off time on Sunday and Monday, 22 and 23 June (21.00hr). The two teams coming first and second in each group qualify for the semi-finals.

To determine the rankings, the regulations for the competition, art. 29, par. 5, state:

The ranking of each team in each group shall be determined as follows:

a) greatest number of points obtained in all group matches;
b) goal difference in all group matches;
c) greatest number of goals scored in all group matches;

If two or more teams are equal on the basis of the above three criteria, their rankings shall be determined as follows:

d) greatest number of points obtained in the group matches between the teams concerned;
e) goal difference resulting from the group matches between the teams concerned;
f) greatest number of goals scored in the group matches between the teams concerned;
g) drawing lots by the FIFA Organising Committee.
