The Adelaide star's wonder strike was certainly a worthy winner, the Brazilian having wriggled away from two Ahly defenders before unleashing a unstoppable 20-yard drive into the far corner of the net. And although there was no shortage of tremendous goals at the global club showpiece, Adriano's superb match-winner received more than twice the number of votes of any of its rivals, finishing with a rating of 4.6, just ahead of team-mate Daniel Mullen, who received an average of 4.5.
