Kelechi Emeteole, Nigeria coach
We found it difficult to play relaxed football, and we also helped our opponents gain in confidence. I don't mind who we play out of Uruguay or Italy. We're ready to face either of them. If we actually get through to the final, I'd really like to face my brothers from Senegal, but if we're going to do that, we need to keep on working.
Marcelo Mendes, United Arab Emirates coach
We began badly. I think our nerves got the better of us. We started playing our best football in the second period and we managed to pull it back to 5-5. But then we lost our concentration again. Even so I think we've done well here, particularly against France in a game we could have won. Generally speaking, I'm happy with our performance.
Isiaka Olawale, Nigeria player
I don't think we were overly relaxed because we've come here to win all our games. They came back becaused they were able to react, simple as that. This is our World Cup and I'm convinced we can do it: I'll be celebrating my birthday by lifting the trophy.
