1) Please check that you have the minimum system requirements as follows:
Windows Media Player 9 or above
1. From Windows Media Player, select Help
2. select About Windows Media Player to view the version
It is recommended that you upgrade the Windows Media Player to the latest version from Microsoft available at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/11/default.aspx
Internet Explorer 6 or above
1. From Internet Explorer, select Help
2. Select About Internet Explorer to view the version
Please note that you cannot view Windows DRM protected content on a Mac OS
2) If you have never been able to view FIFA.com video content, DRM Individualization is required

3) If you have previously been able to view FIFA.com video content but are now unable, please reset your DRM store
To restore your licenses from a previous backup and try again, please go to the Microsoft site at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=891664 and follow the below instructions
- Review step 3 to locate the hidden DRM folder
- Delete the DRM folder
- Perform step 4
4) Please check that Cookies are allowed in Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer Version 6
1. From Internet Explorer, select Tools.
2. Select Internet Options from the menu.
3. Select the Security tab.
4. For Security level for this zone, move the slider bar to
High.
5. Click Default Level.
Note: This will reset your Security settings to Medium.
6. Select the Privacy tab.
7. For Settings, move the slider bar to High.
8. Click Default.
Note: This will reset your Privacy settings to Medium.
9. Restart Internet Explorer for your changes to take
effect.
Internet Explorer Version 7
1. From Internet Explorer, select Tools.
2. Select Internet Options from the menu.
3. Select the Security tab.
4. For Security level for this zone, move the slider bar to
High.
5. Click Default Level.
Note: This will reset your Security settings to Medium.
6. Select the Privacy tab.
7. For Settings, move the slider bar to High.
8. Click Default.
Note: The slider should now read Medium.
9. Restart Internet Explorer for your changes to take
effect.
5) Clear Cookies and Temporary Files in Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer Version 6
1. From Internet Explorer, select Tools.
2. Select Internet Options from the menu.
3. On the General tab, click Delete Cookies for Temporary
Internet Files.
4. Click OK in the Delete Cookies message box.
5. Click Delete Files.
6. Check Delete all offline content.
7. Click OK until you close the Internet Options dialog box.
8. Restart Internet Explorer for your changes to take
effect
Internet Explorer Version 7
1. From Internet Explorer, select Tools.
2. Select Internet Options from the menu.
3. On the General tab, click Delete for Browsing history.
4. In the dialog box that appears, click Delete Files.
5. Click Delete Cookies.
6. Click Close.
7. Click OK to close the Internet Options window.
8. Restart Internet Explorer for your changes to take
effect.
