Being inside a shark’s jaw is something we all dread, but fortunately for Bojan Krkic he was inside a prehistoric one when the above shot was taken in an aquarium in Barcelona. Thereafter, the then Barça forward jumped into a 50-million-litre tank to swim with the predators!

Bojan left Camp Nou to join Roma and now finds himself on loan at AC Milan, who fielded a shark during the 1980s. That shark was Scottish forward Joe Jordan, who was known in Italy as Lo Squalo (The Shark).

In England, where Jordan played the majority of his career, he was known as Jaws because his front teeth were knocked out during a goalmouth scramble while he was playing for Leeds United’s reserves!
