In a matchday in which only nine points separated the top ten fantasy managers, every single player's performance had a huge impact on final standings. Here's how Matchday 6 ended.

He may not be Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez's favourite striker but Robbie Keane proved the hot pick for this matchday, scoring a brace in the Republic of Ireland's win over Georgia. Nine of the top ten fantasy managers for Matchday 6 handed Keane the captain's armband, scoring 36 points for their selection.

USA's icewarrior played it cool to win the fiercely contested matchday. Second-placed AdielaH1 finished six points behind the leader. AdielaH1 selected Brett Emerton in his line-up but the Socceroo was omitted from the Australia-Japan encounter, returning no points and ultimately costing the Colombian top spot.

The third, fourth and fifth placed managers for Matchday 6 will be ruing the decision to leave the USA's Michael Bradley out of their fantasy teams. The midfielder scored two goals against Mexico, and returned 25 points for icewarrior and AdielaH1.

In the overall fantasy standings, the Great Moo was finally tipped into second-place by zeus Cm team. Polish manager Bestkolej claimed third, just two points behind second-place.
