Partner of CIES since 2007, Cairo University has officially launched the 4th edition of the FIFA/CIES Programme in sport management. The classes will start on 17 November 2011.
The Programme enables people from various professional and sporting horizons to familiarise themselves with modern management tools in key areas such as marketing, law, management, sponsoring, communication, finance and event management. Adapted to regional and national realities, it also offers the opportunity to attend lectures given by international FIFA/CIES experts.
"The FIFA/CIES Programme in Sport management was a gate of opportunities and challenges I would never have thought of. It was a magical world of sport management education which I was lucky to join. Being held for the first time in Egypt, it was truly a turning point in my life and a good experience worth sharing." commented Taha Diaey, alumni of the first edition of the Programme and recent graduate of the FIFA Master.
Another former student, Khaled Mustafa, added: “The Programme has many strengths... It offers the students a chance to know like-minded persons sharing the same interest for sport, to learn about the latest information and developments in sports, to meet international specialists and consultants coming to teach us.”
