Please note that, according to Russian Laws, it is an administrative offense to transfer or resell without FIFA's consent.

Transfers via the official transfer and resale platform which is offered by FIFA, will be considered in accordance with the Ticket Transfer and Resale Policy; available here.

Ticket transfers and resales are restricted, and governed by FIFA, for reasons including:

(a) event security;

(b) consumer protection;

(c) avoidance of counterfeit tickets and

(d) protection of a fair pricing scheme.

Ticket Transfer

You cannot transfer your own Ticket, but you can transfer the Tickets from your original Guests to other Guests.

Transfer requests can be made within your Ticketing Account as follows:

1.       Login into your Ticketing Account and select “My Requests”;

2.       Select the section “Edit Guests”;

3.       Add the new Guest(s) to whom you would like to transfer the Ticket(s);

4.       Assign the new Guest(s) to the respective Ticket(s);

5.       Select the reason for the Transfer of Tickets;

6.       Confirm your choices.

If you have purchased Venue Specific Ticket Series (“VST”) you may only submit the entire VST series for a Ticket transfer (and not any parts thereof) and you must do so at least 3 full days prior to the start of the first match.

If you have purchased a Special Access Ticket, the complimentary companion ticket is considered a Guest Ticket and can be transferred in the same manner.

Please note that Guest Ticket Transfers may be made from 19 April, 2017, 12:00 Central European Time until the end of the day (24:00 Central European Time) 3 full days prior to the start of the relevant match.  For example, a ticket for Match 01, played on 17 June, 2017 may be transferred up until 24:00 Central European Time on 13 June, 2017.

Please read the Ticket Transfer and Resale Policy for more information on the rules for the Transfer of the Tickets of your Guests.

Ticket Resale

If you cannot use all the Tickets that you have purchased, you may submit these Tickets for Resale to another Fan via the Official Resale Platform made available by FIFA within your FIFA.com Ticketing Account.

Please note that the Resale is not guaranteed. FIFA recommends that you monitor the status of your Tickets regularly within the Resale Platform.

For avoidance of doubt, the Ticket Applicant may not submit his own Ticket(s) for resale and retain only the Guest Ticket(s).

The Ticket Applicant must submit a resale request as follows:

(a)                Online for Tickets that Have Not Been Printed: For Tickets which have not yet been printed or dispatched for delivery, the Ticket Applicant may submit a request online within the Ticket Applicant’s ticketing account, accessed via FIFA.com.

(c)                Over-the-Counter for Tickets that Have Been Printed: For Tickets which have already been printed and collected by the Ticket Applicant, are in transit for delivery or have been delivered, the Ticket Applicant must visit a FWCTC Help Desk. At the FWCTC Help Desk, the Ticket Applicant must surrender the physical Ticket to the Help Desk staff, and complete a Ticket Resale request form; alternatively, the Ticket Applicant can send their Tickets via courier back to the FWCTC offices in either Moscow (Russia) or Manchester (United Kingdom) to the addresses listed below. In these instances:

Please note that, in any case, once the FWCTC have received the Tickets and cancelled them, the Ticket Applicant will need to return to their online account in order to make them available for resale.

·       Tickets must be received by the FWCTC at least 7 days prior to the match;

·       All costs in relation to the return of the Tickets by courier are to be borne by the Ticket Applicant;

·       Ticket Applicant will be solely liable for any undelivered or lost Tickets;

·       Ticket Applicant to complete any documents as required.

FWCTC staff will follow enhanced security protocols to deal with the returned Ticket.

As part of the resale request process, the Ticket Applicant must also provide a secondary means for receipt of the resale proceeds (i.e. bank account details).

Ticket Applicants who have purchased VSTs, but whose Guests cannot attend any of the matches, may submit one or more Tickets of their Guests’ VSTs for resale, subject to the requirements reflected in the Ticket Transfer and Resale Policy.

Ticket Resale requests may be submitted to FIFA from 19 April, 2017, 12:00h Central European time until the end of the day (24:00, Central European time) 3 full days prior to the start of the relevant match. In case a Ticket has been successfully re-sold, the Ticket Applicant will receive a refund based on the face value price paid for the Ticket by the Ticket Applicant (regardless of the price for which the Ticket was re-sold), i.e. the original Ticket; customer receives a refund based on the full price, reduced by a Resale Handling Fee of 10% of the full price paid by the original Ticket Applicant.
