·       Exclusive and faster queues

·       Service by appointment

·       Faster Ticket collection

To take advantage of this service, please visit your FIFA Ticketing Account.

We recommend you collect your Tickets as early as possible, and before the Match day, in order to ensure your timely access to the Stadium before the Kick Off time of the Match. Please note that, whilst we endeavour to provide you with the best possible service, delays can occur when collecting your Tickets.  Please note that the appointment slots do not guarantee the absence of queues, but rather a more effective and faster service in the case that there is a high demand in the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres. The FWCTC and FIFA are not responsible for potential delays which can occur for those who have booked a Ticket Collection appointment, taking into consideration the complexity of the operation.

Customers collecting Special Access Tickets can go straight to the counter for Special Access Tickets and Troubleshooting and do not need to join any other queues.

Please note that no Ticket Collection Appointments will be available on Match Days and the day before Match days.

Please remember that you are solely responsible for the timely collection of all Tickets purchased by you. For security reasons, FIFA will not make available any Tickets for collection at the Stadium on Match days. Therefore, FIFA strongly recommends you to collect your Tickets as early as possible; but, in any case, before the respective Match day.
