In each Stadium and for all Matches, FIFA is offering a dedicated allocation of Tickets for purchase for disabled people, people with limited mobility and obese people.
These so called Special Access Tickets (SATs) are offered in four types:
- “Wheelchair User”, for wheelchair users;
- “Easy Access Standard”, for disabled people, people with limited mobility and people with other medical conditions;
- “Easy Access Amenity”, for people with guide dogs or people with a medical condition with assistance dogs and people that need additional leg space due to limited mobility;
- “Obese Persons” (Easy Access Extra-Width seats), for people with a BMI that is equal to or exceeds 35 kg/m2.
The location of the available seats for SAT customers varies from Stadium to Stadium.
All Ticket Applicants applying for a Special Access Ticket may visit the FIFA Confederations Cup Russia 2017 ticketing website and apply online for a Special Access Ticket.
If you require Special Access Tickets, please select the option “Show Special Access Ticket Categories” on the online Application Form. You will find this option within the “Select your Tickets” page of the online form, just before the list of Ticketing Products available for purchase.
During the Last Minute Sales Period, which starts on 19th April 2017, you can also purchase Special Access Tickets over the counter, in one of the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres within Russia.
Please note that customers who apply for and purchase Special Access Tickets are required to provide proof of eligibility documents as part of the Ticket Application process. Such proof of eligibility must be provided upon Ticket collection or during the Last Minute Sales Period also when purchasing Tickets over the counter; and, upon request at the entrance to the Stadium. For Wheelchair User, Easy Access Standard or Easy Access Amenity Tickets, presentation of a proof that is commonly and widely accepted in the Ticket Applicant’s country of residence will be required. In Russia, acceptable proofs of eligibility include a certificate of degree of disability and a medical certificate. Please note that permits for accessible parking will not be accepted as valid proof.
For Obese Person Tickets, presentation of a signed doctor’s note stating the person’s BMI will be required. The minimum BMI in order to require and therefore be eligible for an Obese Person Ticket is 35 kg/m2.
When purchasing or collecting Special Access Tickets at a FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre, please go straight to the counter for Special Access Tickets and Troubleshooting. For further information on collecting tickets and other documents that must be presented upon ticket collection, please see the section ‘Ticket Delivery and Collection’.
With the exception of obese people, successful Ticket Applicants for Special Access Tickets in the types “Wheelchair Users”, “Easy Access Standard” and “Easy Access Amenity” will be offered the opportunity to receive on a complimentary basis one additional Ticket for a companion to assist and accompany them at the Match. The companion will be seated as close as possible to the Special Access Ticket customer, however, the exact location of the seat cannot be guaranteed. FIFA cannot ensure that the seat for the companion will be adjacent to that of the Special Access Ticket customer.
Ticket Applicants applying for a Special Access Ticket for the type “Obese People” will not have the right to receive a complimentary Ticket for a companion.
Please be courteous to the other fans, and only apply for these Tickets if you truly require them. They are limited in number due to Stadia configuration.
